HR Manager (remote)
Work Area
As our HR manager you will perform full-cycle recruitment, manage recruitment database, set up and lead all HR-related activities for our Lithuanian department, ensure employee onboarding & offboarding processes, collaborate with our global HR team, ensure legal compliance with Lithuanian employment laws and regulations and participate in global recruitment projects in Scandinavia.

Your skills:
- Previous job experience in an HR-related field;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Sufficient level in English and Lithuanian (verbal and written), Russian (verbal).
