Miten prosessi toimii
Rekrytointiprosessin tavoitteena on löytää tehtävään parhaiten sopiva henkilö, jolla on oikeat taidot, kokemus ja persoonallisuus. Prosessi sisältää ansioluetteloiden keräämisen ja arvioinnin, työhaastattelujen järjestämisen, suosittelijoiden tarkistamisen sekä lopuksi sopivimman työntekijän valinnan ja perehdyttämisen projektin aloittamiseksi Skandinaviassa tai Latviassa.
Usein kysytyt kysymykset (FAQ)
BRIGG on Latviassa toimiva työnantaja, joka lähettää työntekijöitä suorittamaan palveluita Ruotsiin, Norjaan tai Suomeen määräajaksi. Työjakso koostuu yleensä esimerkiksi kahdesta viikosta työskentelyä Skandinaviassa, minkä jälkeen seuraa kahden viikon jakso työntekijän kotimaassa.
Työntekijöiden lähettämistä Skandinaviaan koskevat säännöt perustuvat Euroopan unionin (EU) ja Euroopan talousalueen (ETA) yhteisiin määräyksiin. Näiden sääntöjen tavoitteena on vahvistaa lähetettyjen työntekijöiden oikeuksia ja helpottaa työskentelyä EU- ja ETA-maissa.
Työntekijöiden lähettämistä Skandinaviaan koskevat säännöt perustuvat Euroopan unionin (EU) ja Euroopan talousalueen (ETA) yhteisiin määräyksiin. Näiden sääntöjen tavoitteena on vahvistaa lähetettyjen työntekijöiden oikeuksia ja helpottaa työskentelyä EU- ja ETA-maissa.
BRIGG järjestää sinulle maksuttoman kuljetuksen, majoituksen ja kaikki tarvittavat hallinnolliset järjestelyt.
Kokoaikatyössä kuukausittainen nettopalkka vaihtelee noin 2 000–3 000 euron välillä riippuen tehtävästä. Tämä koskee esimerkiksi lajittelijoita, kuormaajien kuljettajia, mekaanikkoja ja hitsaajia.
Työaika on yleensä 10 tuntia päivässä ja 60 tuntia viikossa.
Kaikilla BRIGGin työntekijöillä on mahdollisuus säännölliseen työkiertoon kotimaan ja kohdemaansa (Ruotsi, Suomi tai Norja) välillä. Lajittelijoiden, kuormaajien kuljettajien, mekaanikkojen ja hitsaajien työkierto on yleensä kaksi viikkoa Skandinaviassa, minkä jälkeen seuraa kaksi viikkoa vapaata kotimaassa.
